1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of KISA cleaning services (KISA GmbH, Musterstraße 1, 10115 Berlin). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
KISA provides professional cleaning services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to the first hour's rate. The deposit is deducted from your final invoice. Final payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free if requested more than 48 hours in advance.
5. Access and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property. Our cleaners may decline to work in conditions they deem unsafe. If access is denied on arrival, the deposit is forfeited.
6. Liability
KISA carries professional liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our staff, we will investigate and compensate where our negligence is established. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items of exceptional value not disclosed before the service.
7. Subscriptions
Recurring bookings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) receive automatic discounts as listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions continue until cancelled with 14 days' written notice.
8. Tax Certificate (§35a EStG)
Upon request, KISA will provide a service invoice suitable for the §35a EStG tax deduction for household services. Clients are responsible for their own tax filings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
10. Changes
KISA reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated via email and take effect 14 days after notification.
